a long walk to water is a short novel based on a true story with alternating point of views between two characters from different tribes and time periods in sudan. i'm not going to rate this, but i really enjoyed the book. the stuff salva has done is incredibly inspiring and i wish to read more books like this.
what the author did at the very end of the book was amazing, she weaved in two storylines perfectly.
